2. Account Trading Disclaimer

Alien TV is an independent marketplace. Account trading violates the Terms of Service of CODM and One State. We are not responsible for any bans, account loss, or penalties resulting from account trading. All transactions are at your own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• You are responsible for the security of accounts after delivery.
• You agree not to chargeback payments after receiving the account.
• All sellers must provide accurate account information.

4. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed via Paystack.
• Refunds are only issued at our discretion or when we fail to deliver.
• No refunds after successful account delivery.

5. Delivery

• Accounts are delivered through our secure in-site chat system.
• Buyers must be available to receive the account promptly.

6. Selling Accounts

• All accounts submitted for sale are subject to admin review.
• We reserve the right to reject any account without explanation.
• Sellers are responsible for the legitimacy of their accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alien TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the account in question.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to scam or defraud other users.
• Using the platform for illegal activities.
• Sharing account credentials publicly.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the changes.
